Customers must present receipts to the Mall Office from any store or restaurant at Weberstown Mall. Qualifying receipts are on purchases made from July 23, 2011 through September 18, 2011 ONLY, and MUST BE FROM a retailer at Weberstown Mall.

Weberstown Mall gift card purchases will count as double points.

Receipts may only be used one time and will be marked when presented to the Mall Office. The receipt must be the original. Duplicate receipts, photo copies, faxes and internet orders will not be accepted. All receipts must be redeemed by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 19. All receipts will be stamped.

Purchases of faxes or copies cannot be redeemed for points. Credit Card payments, even if made to a store at the mall, will not be accepted for points either.

Store employees may not request, or copy, receipts from store customers in order to redeem them for points. Additionally, stores (or store employees) may not hold receipts to give to schools to redeem for points. Solicitation of stores by schools to hold receipts for such schools is also prohibited.

Receipts are only valid from Weberstown Mall.

Each dollar spent equals 1 point. Anything less than $.50 will be rounded down to the nearest dollar, and anything equal to or greater than $.50 will be rounded up to the nearest dollar (Ex. $10.45 = 10 points and $10.56 = 11 points).

The in-mall tote board will be updated weekly with the leading schools according to points only.

Any public or private K-12, elementary, middle, or high school in the state of California is eligible to participate. Pre-schools, colleges and other post-high school institutions are not eligible.

At the end of the promotion, the top 3 schools with the highest points will win cash prizes: First place is $5000, second place is $3000, and third place is $1000.

For the weekly prizes to customers, the individual whose entry form is drawn at random will win a $50 Gift Card to Weberstown Mall. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older on the date of completing entry form in order to participate. When a customer brings in a receipt(s) to apply towards a school of their choice, they will receive one entry form per receipt. Entry forms must be filed out completely at the time they are issued and immediately returned to Weberstown Mall. Following the completion of each week, a member of Weberstown Mall Management will randomly choose one entry form and that customer will win a $50 Gift Card to Weberstown Mall. All remaining entries will be discarded and the weekly drawing will start over.

Employees of the Weberstown Mall, their management agents, affiliates and subsidiaries and their families are not eligible to enter or win.

No purchase is necessary to enter the weekly drawing for customers, though. To enter without a purchase, hand print your first/last name, street address, city, state, zip code and telephone number including area code on a 3” X 5” card and mail in a hand addressed envelope to:

Limit one entry per envelope. Limit one free entry, per person, per week. Mailed entries must be postmarked by September 15, 2011 and received no later than September 17, 2011.

Each Monday after each program week ends (August 1, 2011, August 8, 2011, August 15, 2011, August 22, 2011, August 29, 2011, September 5, 2011, September 12, 2011, September 19, 2011), one entry form will randomly be chosen as the winner of a $50 Weberstown Mall gift card, all remaining entries will be discarded and the contest starts over. Contact information from the entry forms will be used by Weberstown Mall, our retailers and partners to notify you of future events, sales and promotions. You may opt out at anytime.

Winners will be contacted within 5 business days of the conclusion of each program week by phone, email and/or USPS mail. Prizes awarded to schools will be distributed within 45 days after the completion of the program. Prizes awarded to customers may be picked up with a valid picture ID at the Weberstown Mall Management office Monday-Friday from 8:30am – 5:30pm. Prizes awarded to customers not redeemed by October 31, 2011 will be forfeited.

Weberstown Mall Management Office will make the final decision regarding any dispute.

Weberstown Mall reserves the right to refuse suspicious or fraudulent receipts, or any receipt transactions breaking the above rules.
