Complete refund* or exchange for merchandise of equal value within 60 days of purchase**. (Online and catalog customers please use order packing slip as receipt.)
After 60 days of purchase, exchange for merchandise of equal value**.
Merchandise paid for by check and returned within 2 business days can be exchanged for merchandise of equal value, refunded in cash* or a check can be issued from our corporate office within 2-5 business days from the date of return.
Without Valid Receipt
Exchange for merchandise equal to the value of the returned merchandise at the time of return.
